Congressman Adam Schiff represents Arlene’s neighborhood or nearby, where most of her California photos and letters originate.

Then there’s Charles Benjamin Landry, the son of Dianne Mouton Landry.  I know this person since childhood.  Class of 1978, Catholic High, New Iberia.  I don’t see any difference between the two, though the photo of Ben is not very clear, my memory of him is.
