Only someone from Louisiana could have on his mind such things as liquified natural gas and the I-10 bridge.

I think this speech is his best yet, by far.  The opening of a liquefied natural gas port in Cameron, La. is just too wonderful for words.  And then he promises Louisiana a new I-10 causeway over the Atchafalaya Basin. Just listen:
