This may be too much detail, but I want to make note of some facts because I have cousins named Luke.
I was given a fake family tree by a woman who claimed that she was married to Tony Braquet. She didn’t realize that Tony Braquet was my grandmother’s brother, and I knew she was lying. I’d never seen or heard of this woman before. That’s okay because now I have her family tree. Number 6 below is my great Aunt Rose. This part is known to me:

Eugene Charles Luke, born 1935, is also in the Dudney family book, as a descendant of the man who played the role of both Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis. In the Dudney book he’s called Lock, but it’s probably the same, the birth year matches. I think Dave Luke also uses Dave Lock as an alternative name for a channel on YouTube which has taxidermy videos. Eugene Lock’s mother was Sallie Chaffin, married to Gus Lock.

A search for the Luke family online brings up the following:
Robert Luke, 92 obituary – Sep 8, 2019 at 9:01 AM
This next obituary contains the name, David A. Luke:

Another Luke in Arizona:
“Benjamin Peter Roman
Described as a very crafty gentleman, and looking at his aliases we find,
“Aliases: Pete Lukeroman, Pete P Roman, Benmjamin P Roman, Ben Roman
Male, Age 62
Relatives: Donna Roman • Manuel Roman
Locations: Phoenix, AZ • Safford, AZ”
Donna M Luke may be the distant cousin on the family tree shown above, the granddaughter of my grandmother’s sister, Rose Jackson.
“Aliases: Donna Luke Roman, Donna M Roman, Roman Donna Luke, D L Luke, Donna M Lukeroman
Female, Age 57
Locations: Phoenix, AZ”
And there’s another Luke who wrote a book about being on Alcatraz prison:
“Good Neighbors: Robert Luke, Former Alcatraz Inmate
By Suzanne Russo”
As for Lukashenko, if he actually is the same man who looks so much like Lukashenko and who lives in Ocean View part of the year, then this is his alias:
My neighbor across the street on Lehua is a Lukashenko Lookalike who told me that he’d made a fortune in construction, that when he was younger he worked as a clown and that he’s a Gilles from Minnesota. Now is he also the former Mayor of Moscow? And what about the woman that they say is his wife, Baturina? And Gilles’ wife looks like the elder Mrs. Khoderofsky, the one who said she’d kill Putin if she saw him.
Yuri Lushkov, former Mayor of Moscow…
I’ve posted previously this documentary about the man who was mayor of Moscow during the Oligarch period. Notice that he looks like Lukashenko.
There’s a long Wikipedia article on Baturina, that shows her in the same “energy consumption monitoring” business as the younger Khoderofsky and his Smart Meters.
“In 2018 Baturina’s enterprise has launched the first ESCO (Energy Services Company) project in Cyprus. The project consists in energy-consumption optimization at a client enterprise or a production. All the necessary technological decisions have been designed by Baturina’s company in partnership with Cyprus company Energy & Beyond, the affiliated enterprise of GDL Green Energy Group. The first project realised will be the optimization of energy consumption at one of the largest manufacturers of meat in Cyprus, Paradisiotis Ltd. In 2019 the number of investments into the alternative energy sector and into the energy-efficiency increase will reach €40 million.”
Now my hunch is that Baturina could also be the sister of Stef Reichle, shown in this old photo with Lori Chatterton/Bill Clinton.
And since Baturina is also interested in horse back riding, then this could be her, as well as being Stef’s sister whose property is adjacent to the Cemex property in California.

“Yelena Nikolayevna Baturina (Russian: Еле́на Никола́евна Бату́рина; born 8 March 1963) is a Russian entrepreneur and philanthropist, based in London. She founded (1991) and for two decades served as President in Inteco, an investment and construction company.[3] Her assets are now invested in Elena Baturina’s Investment Group. The Group’s commercial activities cover a hotel chain[2] (in Ireland, the Czech Republic and Russia), a membrane construction and engineering enterprise (Germany), a renewable energy project (Greece, Cyprus and Italy), a development project (Cyprus) and investments in a number of real estate investment funds focused on residential and commercial construction and development in Europe and the US.”

Three years later, he rose to the position of executive committee leader under Mayor Gavril Popov, and he became deputy mayor when Popov was reelected in 1991.
