Rabin’s moderate stance was a temporary ploy. Looking at the Hebrew roots of the word Caffery, it actually means ‘a cover”, covering the truth.
The prophet Isaiah makes word play with the word Cover, giving us the actual name of the Caffery family. God doesn’t like them at all for the thieves they are, and promised to get rid of them.
